Steven M. Brom

Steven M. Brom is a practicing attorney and founding member of Bachus, Brom & Taylor, LLC with offices in Birmingham and Montgomery. Mr. Brom represents businesses and individuals in corporate and business law with an emphasis on economic development and complex litigation.
Mr. Brom is a member of the Alabama and Georgia State Bars and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Mr. Brom has served the Alabama State Bar and Birmingham Bar Association as a member of the Board of Editors for The Alabama Lawyer; Alabama State Bar Disciplinary Rules and Enforcement Committee; Alabama State Bar Judicial Liaison Committee; Alabama State Bar Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee; Birmingham Bar Association Budget Committee; Birmingham Bar Association Public Service Committee (Co-Chair), and Birmingham Bar Association Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.
Mr. Brom has lectured and written nationally on topics ranging from selection of business entities, trial strategies, and construction law. In 2010, Mr. Brom was selected as a member of the 2010 Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum.
Mr. Brom graduated from the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1998. Upon graduating from the University of Georgia, Mr. Brom attended the University of Colorado where he received his J.D. degree in 2001.
