Vice President of Direct Communications

Stephen Worley is the Vice President of Direct Communications, where he leads the firm’s Mobile, Alabama office. In that role, Stephen advises clients across a variety of industry sectors on strategy, advocacy, and communications.

Prior to his time in Mobile, Stephen served as the Senior Director of Public Affairs for the International Franchise Association in Washington, DC, a 1400-member trade association representing some of the world’s most well-known brands. He has also held several senior roles on Capitol Hill, including as the Deputy Communications Director for the Senate Appropriations Committee and as the Communications Director for a Member of Congress.

Stephen is an honors graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he majored in International Studies and Spanish and was inducted into the university’s Hall of Fame. He is an active member of the Mobile Chamber, the Mobile Rotary Club, and the Fuse Project.

Stephen lives in Mobile with his wife and daughter. They are members of St. Ignatius Catholic Church.
